Dear Staff and Lay Leaders,
As an FYI, Candie is now the official Maker of the Bulletin! In order to best assist her with this new duty, and to keep her from having to chase you down for information or clarification, please heed the following:
* Please provide more than just the facts of your event. Write out your bulletin requests as you would like them to appear in the bulletin, or at least write out information that will help Candie understand what your event is all about. (Example: We are going to Tanzania to build cages for rogue monkeys that are terrorizing the local villagers.) She can tweak them from there, but please provide as much information as possible.
* In the middle of the Bulletin Request form, in red, are items that need to be covered in your entries wherever applicable. Please read them! (And heed them!)
(Please remember to include the following in your bulletin notice: Event day, date, and location; cost (and what the cost covers or includes); age limitations; sign-up deadlines; sign-up location; contact name; contact phone; event address (if other than Grace Chapel); whether or not child care is provided and, if so, for what ages?)
As a reminder, bulletin requests need to be submitted to Andrew by 12 noon Tuesdays. He then relays the information to Candie.
